4C Hobby Supply offers the following Returns Policy:

New unopened (re-stapled is NOT unopened) merchandise may be returned within 15 days for a full refund less shipping charges.  
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, for any reason, simply drop us an e-mail for a RMA # and a credit or a refund less shipping costs will be determined after we receive your return.  Customer pays all shipping charges.

Backorders/Not enough stock:

If you have  an order with BOTH in stock and backordered/not enough stock items we will ship the backordered items when they come in for no extra charge.  You may also cancel the backordered items if you choose.  This does not apply to international orders!

Shipping Time:

We strive to ship your order within 24 hours of cleared payment.  Sometimes it may take 3+ business days for your order to ship.  (you order on fri, it will ship either that mon or tues).

Inventory information:

Some inventory items are listed in real time, others are not due to website limitations.  For instance--bearing kits are built to order out of the inventory stock of general bearing sizes so sometimes that leads to short stock even though the inventory lists enough for your order.
